Rings of Fire
Decorate with the chopped dill and parsley. You can chill the dish for an hour in the refrigerator, or eat it right away. Either way, enjoy!

Ingredients
- 1 can of sliced pineapple rings (10)
- 2 boiled eggs
- 2 cups finely shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- sliced black olives (20 ct)
- glazed pecans (20 ct)
- cooked salad shrimp (20 ct)
- chopped fresh dill and parsley
- salt, pepper to taste
Directions
- Drain the can of sliced pineapples, remove the pineapples and place them on a paper towel to absorb the liquid.
- Into a small bowl, grate the eggs, add the cheese, mayonnaise, squeeze the garlic cloves with a garlic press into the mixture and mix well.
- Spread the mixture on top of the pineapples and transfer them onto a plate.
- Place the shrimp, olives and pecans on top (2 of each, alternating), lightly pressing in.
- Decorate with the chopped dill and parsley.
