Rings of Fire

Decorate with the chopped dill and parsley. You can chill the dish for an hour in the refrigerator, or eat it right away. Either way, enjoy!

  • 1 can of sliced pineapple rings (10)
  • 2 boiled eggs
  • 2 cups finely shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • sliced black olives (20 ct)
  • glazed pecans (20 ct)
  • cooked salad shrimp (20 ct)
  • chopped fresh dill and parsley
  • salt, pepper to taste


  1. Drain the can of sliced pineapples, remove the pineapples and place them on a paper towel to absorb the liquid.
  2. Into a small bowl, grate the eggs, add the cheese, mayonnaise, squeeze the garlic cloves with a garlic press into the mixture and mix well.
  3. Spread the mixture on top of the pineapples and transfer them onto a plate. 
  4. Place the shrimp, olives and pecans on top (2 of each, alternating), lightly pressing in.
  5. Decorate with the chopped dill and parsley.
